How Are Services Work

Services Included

Every trip is unique, it varies in duration, travelers, destinations, and complexity. Some travelers prefer to be spontaneous, while others prefer to plan every detail in advance. Some know exactly what they want to book, while others need suggestions. Our trip planning and professional consultation fees are based on the complexity of your trip. Furthermore, if requested, we offer additional consultations to work on travel related goals. We develop pre travel goals with evidence based strategies to help prepare you for travel.


When you book your travel through us you will receive the following services at no additional cost:


 (1)  Our initial consultation with you; (up to 1 hour)

 (2) Gathering your information and researching your options; 

 (3) Our second consultation which we will go over 3 quotes which includes all your trip details and insurance options;

 (4) Preparation and finalization of  your customized itinerary, in collaboration with you; 

 (5) Processing and managing all logistics of the booking; (process payments, send email reminders, add special requests, handle any issues that arise)  

 (6)  Extra resources including destination guides, maps, helpful tips, packing lists, and more will be included in your customized itinerary;

 (7) Assistance before, during and after travel; 

(8) Provide accurate up to date information, advisories and entry requirements;

(9) Our free mobile friendly app that has your customized itinerary, receive live flight updates, direct chat function with me, printable pdf versions, offline access and much more.


What To Expect When Contacting Us:

Step 1: We will email you a form and schedule a meeting to collect some  information about your travel preferences. 

Step 2: We will schedule another meeting to go over these trip options and we will customize to your liking. 

Step 3: We will book your trip, provide a customized detailed itinerary and take care of all the components. 

Step 4: We will schedule additional consultations to work on pre travel goals, if requested. Example below.

 
Please note that most of our bookings do not incur any additional fees, except air only bookings and detailed itineraries. Our fees are usually included in the price you are quoted because we are paid commission from the suppliers. You can also trust that we will quote you the best price possible. We will work with your budget to set up payment plans at no additional cost as long as the full payments are made by the balance due date.  There may also be other funding options or grants that you can apply for depending on your location.

Domestic Air Booking Fee: $25 per person

International Air Booking Fees: $50 per person
